Security Questions
Fork Shoals Road Storage features multiple security layers:
- Coded Gate Access — Every tenant receives a unique personal code to enter the facility. Unauthorized individuals cannot access the property.
- Video Surveillance — Security cameras are positioned throughout the facility and along the perimeter fence, recording activity continuously.
- Perimeter Fencing — The entire property is enclosed with secure fencing, creating a physical barrier around all storage areas.
Yes, our video surveillance cameras monitor the facility continuously. The cameras are positioned to cover the drive aisles, gate entry areas, storage unit rows, and the RV parking lot.
Only you can access the inside of your storage unit — you provide your own padlock and hold the only key. Fork Shoals Road Storage staff do not have access to your unit's contents. Regarding gate access, each tenant has a unique code, so only authorized tenants can enter the facility grounds.
Fork Shoals Road Storage is not liable for loss or damage to stored property. We strongly encourage all tenants to insure their stored belongings. Options include:
- Adding a storage unit rider to your existing homeowner's or renter's insurance policy
- Checking whether your auto insurance covers your RV while in storage
- Purchasing a standalone storage insurance policy

Access Questions
